Every time I left a shop, café, or service, I was instinctively evaluating how I was spoken to, how smoothly things ran, and how it made me feel. Over time, this instinct became a passion and that passion became Observeon.
My name is Jack. I’ve spent the last 12 years working for a management business, gaining hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and leadership. Alongside me is a skilled team, who brings over 25 years of expertise in high-level business management and consultancy. Together, we combine real-world knowledge with a genuine passion for helping others improve.
